Why are certain keys sporadically not working on a Logitech wireless keyboard with Windows 10?

I am having a problem with certain keyboard keys sporadically not working. I'm using a Logitech wireless keyboard with the universal receiver dongle on Windows 10. Specifically, the following keys sometimes do not produce any apparent response: Both Ctrl keys. The 0 key on the main keyboard. Enter and - on the numeric keypad. Most of the time they all work, sometimes they all stop producing any response. When this happens, they all stop working, and they all resume working properly at the same time too. This is on a laptop, and the corresponding keys on the built-in keyboard always work fine,
