Wikipedia maps what we know. This maps what we don't, yet.
Every day, people ask for help in public forums and never get a working answer. The same problem gets asked hundreds of times, in different words, in different places. Nobody sees how big it is.
How it works
- Find. Our bot reads public questions that have gone unanswered for at least a week.
- Understand. It groups differently worded questions that describe the same problem.
- Measure. It counts how many people ask, and whether that number is growing.
- Solve. Each problem gets a page where solvers post fixes and people confirm what actually worked.
House rules
- Answers must try to solve the problem. Spam and self-promotion are removed automatically.
- If we remove something by mistake, you can appeal and a person will review it.
- Anything written by AI is labelled.
- We summarize questions in our own words and always link to where they were asked.
For solvers
Every answer that someone confirms fixed their problem counts toward your reputation. At 30 confirmed answers you unlock a free business listing page.
