Windows 11 Pro PC connects to local private network but no internet connection

This PC is not able to connect to the internet but works fine on the local private network(LAN). If I change to Auto-configure the IP Address using DHCP, it generates a IPv4 address that is not in the LAN with a different Subnet Mask and DNS Server IP addresses. I have a unmanaged Netgear switch between this PC and the router but if I bypass the switch and connect directly to the router, I still have the same behavior.
