How to setup DDNS (DuckDNS) with a Huawei HG8147X6-10 router?

I want to set up DDNS for DuckDNS on my HG8147X6-10 Huawei router but it does not have built in support for it (available is: dyndns, dyndns-static, dyndns-custom, qdns, qdns-static, gnudip, gnudip.http, no-ip, easydns, ORAY). On the DuckDNS website, it states that it supports dyndns, so I tried that.
