WinPE can't communicate with HP LaserJet P3015
I'm creating a custom Windows 10 WinPE image for running various bios and firmware upgrade software. I'm trying to run the HP LaserJet P3015 firmware upgrade utility, with the printer connected over USB, but I can't get it to communicate with the printer at all, and I also can't manually print with it. I've gotten this to work just fine in a regular Windows 10 installation using the HP DOT4 and Universal Print drivers, so my guess is that I'm missing come component in the WinPE build, but I can't figure out what it is.
