Cannot connect to WPA3 using Dell Windows10 22H2

I have a personal Dell Latitude 7400 with all the driver updated. And windows 10 22H2 When I tried connect to WPA3 network I can't. To WPA2 I can connect successfully. I do see the SSID but after I tried to connect using password to the network that not connect. The WiFi card is AC9560. I enter to Dell support site and update all the drivers that didn't help(even after reboot of course) In device manager I see that the version of driver AC9560 is 22.250.0.4 by Intel. Another devices can connect to that network. How can I fix that?
