Slow wifi download speeds in windows when using realtek 8852ce wifi NIC while the uploads are fine

For the past few days, I've been experiencing really slow internet download speeds from the 5Ghz band of the WIFI (I'm using a Realtek 8852CE WiFi 6E PCI-E NIC ) using my laptop (My laptop is Legion5 16IRX9). I have no idea what's causing it. Here is the troubleshooting techniques I have done: Updated all the drivers (Network ones first):- I updated all the drivers (especially the Realtek ones from the OEM website and from the Microsoft update catalog as well), They briefly solved the problem but the issue came back again after sometime.
