Issue accessing IPs on network between Static IP and DHCP reserved VMs

I recently moved my dhcp server over to my PiHole as I was running out of IPs to add to the dhcp reservation table on my router. That router, an Asus, is running the merlin custom firmware and is limited to 128 reservations. In the process of moving my DHCP server over to PiHole I expanded the netmask to add a bit more room and separate my home automation devices from my VMs and my other IT stuff.
