NetworkManager stopped connecting to Wi-Fi network

I've recently run into an issue with my laptop, where two different Wi-Fi networks (both regular 802.11ac at home and eduroam) intermittently don't connect, despite my configuration files remaining the same. The behaviour seems to be that the laptop connects to the Wi-Fi, authenticates, then immediately roams from that access point to (none) , see logs. Note, this occurs only intermittently, and only on some networks. There is an open network I'm connected to OK at the moment. Eduroam has worked until yesterday.
