Only one browser and one messenger can't connect to network

So, out of two of my browsers (Brave and Yandex.Browser) only the second one can't connect to any website, while Brave works just fine. Telegram also doesn't see the home network and tries to reconnect indefinitely. That's on my laptop, but on my phone both Ya.Bro and Telegram work just fine, and both of those devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi. I've tried to reset my router, reinstall problem apps, delete any VPN extensions - doesn't work. I have no proxy either.
