Why is my Epson L800 rejecting, and not printing to, printable M-Disc DVDs?

I need to print DVDs using Epson L800, but printer persistenly rejects my disks. Standard steps are: Prepare tray into horizontal position. Put CD/DVD in. Insert tray into printer so that arrows on tray and on printer are pointing to each other. Just print the layer. This normally works except my particular medias - M-Disc DVD. When trying to print them, whole tray with DVD is immediatelly rejected and pulled out of the printer (like empty tray without any CD/DVD).
