Why do I get disconnected from IRC servers at a specific time every day?

I get disconnected from IRC servers every day around the same time, only once during the day around the same time. The errors I get are “Disconnected (No such device or address).” It seems it's some kind of network issue. what could be the problems and the possible solutions? It shows “Connection closed” to others. It does start back after 30 seconds or so. Update : The network lease on my device is permanent according to my router settings. I've also set up a IPv4 IP manually on my laptop today, hoping that works but the time has not come yet! My problems : I am connected to IRC servers every
