BE200 card only works on one of two identical laptops

I have two laptops that are the exact same model (Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58-57Y8, i5-12500H CPUs). The BIOS is the same, the BIOS settings are the same. The system disks are clones of each other running Windows 11 24H2. On one of them my BE200 wifi card works perfectly, and on the other one Device Manager doesn't even see it (except as a Bluetooth-only device). I installed the latest Intel drivers (23.160.0.4) and it didn't even show up. I added it manually using Add Legacy Hardware in Device Manager, and I get a Code 10 error saying it won't start, and it shows up in Device Manager with a yellow
