How do I make Windows 11 Pro 25H2 build 26200.7705 able to connect to a file share on build 26200.8655 over enterprise WiFi?

I am helping to troubleshoot two Windows 11 Pro computers on an enterprise WiFi network that are running the same software (Cadwell for EEG tracings and Persyst for trend analysis), where one computer needs to be able to monitor the other computer's data in real time. We have a managed service that these run under. The Cadwell EEG tracings are not a problem, but the Persyst trend analysis is. Persyst on the monitoring machine (call it Machine B) is giving an error that it is not able to access or create the Cadwell external datafile on the recording machine (Machine A), in order to do the tren
