How do I remove the default printer in Windows 10?

I am using Java 8 on Windows 10. How do I remove the Отправить в OneNote 2010 ( Send to OneNote 2010 ) virtual printer, so that the OS does not return it when my Java app queries available printers — specifically with javax.print.PrintServiceLookup#lookupDefaultPrintService ? No printer is displayed in Control Panel - Devices and Printers, and yet that phony printer is still returned by the method. The goal is to see how my app behaves in such a scenario.
