How to split scanned documents into separate files based on Barcodes (EPSON FF-680W Scanner)

I have an EPSON FF-680W scanner and I would like to be able to scan multiple documents at one time into separate files. At work, I have a different EPSON Scanner (DS-530II) which uses Epson's Document Capture Pro software and allows me to do this by having a barcode on the document and it separates based on the barcode. Is there a way that I can do this with the FF-680W Scanner? Which unfortunately it does not support Document Capture Pro.
