my windows 11 pro does not recognise the keyboard
I use a standard p p Kensington wired keyboard and have also tried a koorui brand-new one. Both work perfectly on another Win 11 machine I have. On the device manager under keyboards, there are 6 unknown devices, if I try to update the driver I get the message that the driver installation file for the HotKey keyboard class filter driver is missing a necessary entry. I reset Windows, tried repair in Win update, and started in safe mode, but nothing worked.
