Why is my delete key delayed, starts working after 30 seconds on a Windows 11 laptop?

My Windows 11 laptop's delete key does not work when I press it, and it starts working after 30 seconds. This started to happen about half a year ago. That the delete key on my laptop not working for the first 30 seconds I pressed it, and then it starts to work perfectly each time I pressed the key. I am sure that it does not stack, and I tried to press Fn but it does not help. I checked the keyboard drive, and it is the newest version. I also ran sfc /scannow and it finished normally.
