How to turn off these Windows 11 password alerts?

Sometimes when entering my password in Windows 11 to log into MS365 in Edge or Chrome I get the following alert (though never in Remote Desktop/mstsc.exe), which overlays the window and is not movable: Password reuse is a security risk Your organization prefers that you use strong, unique passwords to keep your information safe.
