Can I set my Windows PC to use different keyboard layouts per display in a multi-monitor setup?

I often work with a multi-monitor setup where I use different languages for typing—English on my main screen and Japanese on my secondary monitor. Currently, Windows 11 allows per-app input switching, but it still gets confusing when switching between windows across monitors. Is there a way to configure Windows 11 to automatically use a specific keyboard layout based on the monitor where the active window is located?
