My SSD is disconnecting and reconnecting immediately on USB-C

I'm using Linux Mint on a HP Pavilion 17-cd1119nf. Recently, I bought a SSD T7 from Samsung. When I plug it into USB-C, it disconnects and then immediately reconnects when I'm using it. It can be when I transfer files on it or when I look for photos inside it. The problem doesn't happen when the SSD is plugged into a USB-A port.
