Keyboard not waking computer from sleep, even though both of its HID Keyboard Devices have "Allow this device to wake the computer" ticked

The problematic one's an iKBC C-87, if that matters, and my BIOS is ASUS, with my ERP Disabled , so everything should have power even when sleeping? I got USBView for Windows and my Keyboard is: [Port2] : USB Composite Device Is Port User Connectable: yes Is Port Debug Capable: no Companion Port Number: 0 Companion Hub Symbolic Link Na
