Why am I experiencing this error with an M-Audio SUPER DAC II on Windows 10? “This device cannot start. (Code 10)”

I would like to start using my Super DAC II with an Acer Aspire V3-772G laptop, but have difficulties with detecting USB audio class and SPDIF Out(BC USB DAC) is missing in Audio inputs/outputs in device manager. Currently, I'm using that USB sound card on my desktop PC, which is the same OS, Windows 10, with no issues. I've been trying to fix that problem on my laptop for several days.
