Constant USB Device Not Recognized alerts with monitor on Surface Pro 8 / Philips monitor

I keep getting a USB Device Not Recognised alert and noise approximately every 2 minutes while connected to monitors at work. This only cropped up a few weeks ago (after months of not coming into office. My laptop is a Windows Surface Pro 8 running Windows 11 Home edition. The device is kept up to date with the latest updates when I become aware of them. It is my own device so I'm in charge of keeping it up to date.
