Microsoft .NET Error Message on Connecting Samsung Earbuds to Windows 11 via Bluetooth

When ever I turn on Bluetooth and try to connect to my Samsung earbuds 2, I get the error message as shown in the screenshot. The device is shown as connected, but the audio does not play. This problem is only on my PC having windows 11 and it works just fine on my friends PC also having windows 11.
