Wireless printer discoverable, but printing fails

I'm facing a frustrating issue where my Brother HL-L2352DW Wi-Fi printer is fully visible on my network, but I cannot print to it wirelessly from either my Windows 11 PC or an Android phone. Print jobs consistently get stuck in the queue and never reach the printer. This problem started immediately after I expanded my home network by introducing additional network switches and Wi-Fi access points.
