i want to use the microphone of the headset hands free mode but the high quality output of headphones mode too (im using a wireless headphone)

I have w820nb plus wireless headphones and i want to use the microphone of the headset but the high quality output of headphones mode too, basically i want to use the mic of headset and the speaker of headphones, but whenever i choose headphones and headset mic the headphones don't seem to work, is there any way to bypass this? I'm on windows 10, i have already tried to use voicemeter (suggested by chatgpt but i couldnt seem to get it to work so thats still a possibility)
