How to prevent Windows alerts from pausing music on Bluetooth headphones paired to two devices simultaneously?

I have Logitech Zone Vibe 100 headphones paired with both my work Windows 11 PC and an Android tablet via Bluetooth. I use the tablet for music and the work PC for Teams calls. However, there's a small annoyance: Whenever Windows plays a system alert (such as a new email notification, a meeting starting, or even when I save a screenshot), it pauses the music on the tablet. I found a partial workaround by disabling sound for certain Windows alerts (like search results not being found in Excel), but I don't want to disable all alerts since some are important.
