Dual booting bluetooth problems: Having to re-pair all bluetooth devices when switching OS's

I'm dual booting Windows 11 and Ubuntu 24.04, and I've been having an irritating problem. I have a lot of bluetooth peripherals. But every time I switch between my Windows and Ubuntu, I need to unpair and pair all my bluetooth devices, some of which have annoying pairing processes. This does not happen when I go from computer to computer; there, I just need to click connect on all the devices. I suspect this happens because the bluetooth devices get confused by talking to two different OS's from the same bluetooth antenna. I've seen guides that work with individual devices, but is there a way
