Laptop charging indicator switches between fully charged and charging

I have a HP 15 bs024nq that is 2 years old, I got it in September of 2018. It started happening a week ago. When I charge my laptop(no matter the operating system, it happens on GNU/Linux and Windows, I tested it, I have dual boot) when reaching the 70 percent when charging things start to go crazy and slow. The indicator that shows that it's charging switches between white(it's fully charged) and orange(it's charging) modes. I noticed that the OS's seem to tell me it's charging. I run a command to see details about the battery. Device: /org/freedesktop/UPower/devices/line_power_ACAD native-pa
