Is there a way to manually configure the AMD AI 350 CPU to ultra low power saving mode?

I got a AMD AI 350 CPU laptop recently for the light weight mobile works. I do LLMs and programming a bit but that laptop are aimed to look at text file on the go, and recently I'm mostly writing papers, so the battery came over the performance. I looked at the specs of the CPU. With the 4nm, it should offer a much greater power saving than 4700U at the same computational benchmark. In fact, the AI 350 has a cTDP as low as 15W compare to 4700U's cTDP 10-25W.
