How to reset power settings on Windows 11?

On my company Lenovo L13 (i5-1145G7 2.60GHz, 16GB), the fan never stops, even when CPU temperature is just at 41C. It's been MONTHS of non-stop fan, nobody knows what is going on, I am getting mad.
