Why am I getting a black screen issue on a Lenovo LOQ laptop?

I have a Lenovo LOQ laptop and I discovered that my Nvidia GPU is not being detected on task manager, device manager (but it’s hidden), and BIOS (the GPU: n/a). I take a look at the properties and it says require further installation and error code 45 I tried uninstalling it hoping it will solve the issue but after restarting the GPU is gone only the iGPU is there. Then after I reset my whole laptop I went to CMOS and change my graphic device to switchable graphics after exiting my screen went black I tried resetting the CMOS battery but to no luck nothing still happened.
