Lenovo Ideapad 3 black screen and power lights blinking constantly

I have a Lenovo Ideapad 3 (15ITL6) . Today when i turn on , the screen is black , the light near the power button is blinking white , and another light at the right side ( according to manual this is also a power light ) is also blinking white. i open the cover , disconnect the battery , disconnect the cmos battery. i press the power button for 15 seconds. I reconnect the battery . I try to turn on , but it's the same situation. What can i do ?
