I suspect my PC's CPU fan isn't working but I don't know how to check?
I'm using an HP laptop (AMD Ryzen 5 7520 U processor) with Windows 11. Lately it seems to be having way more performance drops than usual, and I suspect the CPU fans aren't working. During intensive workloads, the right side of the laptop blows air as usual, but the left side blows so little I can't tell if it's the fan or the heat radiating. I also noticed the sound from the left side is much weaker than the right. I'd like to check the fan speed, but I can't have the bottom cover open while the laptop is running. Are there any programs that can detect fan speed by themselves?
