Why is my Acer Aspire 14 laptop keyboard behaving oddly?

I just purchased this new Acer Aspire 14 AI laptop and it's got a malfunctioning keyboard. It initially worked fine, but after a couple of restarts, the keyboard has basically died. I have tried resetting the PC, checking the Windows settings, updating all drivers, the usual stuff… but no luck. Now here's the strange part: The only key that works is F12 , which is a shortcut for screenshotting. It loads the Windows screenshot tool, and does it consistently, whether I hit it directly or in combination with the Ctrl , Fn or Alt keys. I wanted to know if anyone here has any idea why this keyboard
