I used the "nuclear option" to get rid of Windows 11 S mode on HP laptop, network drivers aren't loading nor installable

Good evening everyone. I had an issue with S mode in a Windows 11 HP laptop, so I tried the nuclear option to get rid of it and set up as new. I am now seeing the let's get you connected to a network screen, but the network adapter seems to be nonoperational. The install driver feature seems completely non-working too, as no executable can be found on my USB drive, even when I know they are there because I just put them there from another PC.
