Dell Laptop turns on after shutdown - only when connected to AC power
I’m experiencing a strange issue on mt Dell Latitude 7320. When running Windows and connected to AC power, shutting down the laptop behaves like this. The system starts shutting down normally (screen goes black, keyboard stays on for a few seconds), then it fully powers off. However, after about 2–3 seconds, it automatically powers back on. This does not happen when the laptop is running on battery, and it also does not happen when using Ubuntu!! . The issue only occurs on Windows while AC power is connected.
