Why does my Windows 11 notebook sometimes swaps to integrated GPU only?

I have a Windows 11 (25H2) notebook that is plugged in. I have this strange behavior that I can watch a youtube video without problems. I see in task manager that the notebook uses the dedicated GPU and the integrated GPU (Intel UHD) is hovering at around 5%. But then sometimes everything starts to lag and looking to the task manager, the dedicated GPU is back to 1% usage but the integrated GPU is at 100% usage and can't keep up. That also sometimes happen even if I don't watch a video. Moving a window around will also spike the gpu usage to 100% and it will look like as if the window moves at
