Error 0x0000709 when connecting to a shared printer in Windows 11
In Windows 11 I've had trouble connecting to shared printers. For 2 years I have used these steps to resolve the Error 0x0000709: Open gpedit to enable Configure RPC connection settings (Computer Configure Administrative Templates Printers Configure RPC connection settings.) select RPC over named pipes Go to regedit (Registry Editor) Add below command at the location below Right Click New Select DWORD (32-bit) Value and rename it as the command shared below HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Printers\RPC **make sure you have this all the command in the folder RpcUseNamed
